Section 212 in The West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973
212. Directions by State Government.
- In the discharge of their functions the Gram Panchayat, the Panchayat Samiti and the Zilla Parishad shall be guided by such instructions or directions as may be given to them by the State Government form time to time in conformity with the provisions of this Act.
