12. Delegation of powers.
- The State Government may, by general or special order, delegate any of its powers or functions under this Chapter or the rules made thereunder to any officer not below the rank of an Assistant Conservator of Forests who shall exercise or perform the same, subject to such conditions or restrictions, if any, as the State Government may specify in the order.
