Section 11(1) in Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950
(1)A [Board] [Substituted by Act 63 of 1982, Section 16 and Sch., for " Corporation" (w.e.f. 13.11.1982).] shall meet at such times and places and shall, subject to the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (3), observe such rules of procedure in regard to transaction of business at its meetings as may be provided by regulations made under this Act:Provided that the [Board] [Substituted by Act 63 of 1982, Section 16 and Sch., for " Corporation" (w.e.f. 13.11.1982).] shall meet at least once in every three months.
