Section 1 in The Chironji Grading and Marking Rules, 2016
1. Short title, application and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Chironji Grading and Marking Rules, 2016.(2)They shall apply to Chironji kernels obtained from the dried fruits of the plant Buchanania lanzan Spreng of the family Anacardiaceae.(3)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
