55. Compensation.
- If the Certificate Officer is satisfied that any requisition under Section 5 was made without reasonable cause, he may award to the certificate-debtor such compensation as the Certificate Officer thinks fit; and the amount so awarded shall be recoverable from the certificate-holder under the procedure provided by this Act for recovery of costs.
