Section 5(2)(i) in The M.P. Kaneenika Upropan (Corneal Grafting) Adhiniyam, 1982

(i)after the expiry of half an hour from the time of death of the concerned person where no facility for cold storage of the dead body is available in the hospital, prison, nursing home or other like institution;
