Section 42(1) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2002
(1)The Commission may, from time to time, prescribe the form of licences to be issued and these forms of licences may, with such variation as the circumstances of each case require, be used for the purposes of these regulations.
