Section 8(b) in The Jammu and Kashmir Casual and Other Workers-Regular Engagement Rules, 2017
(b)Annual hike. - A "Government Services Assistant" shall be entitled to an annual hike of 3% on his/her consolidated remuneration on the last day of a calendar year with effect from 1st January, of the following year.
