8. Minutes of Proceeding of the Meeting.
- The minutes of proceeding of every meeting shall be recorded under the instructions of the Presiding Officer in Hindi in Devanagri Script in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the Act. The proceeding book shall be in the Form 'C' appended to these rules.
