Sri Anurag Khanna, Advocate upon instructions has placed before the Court the instructions received from the University, according to which the directions of the Writ Court have since been complied with and a decision has been taken to award average marks to the applicant and her result be declared. Further according to the said decision the provisional statement of marks has been issued to the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant also admits that the directions of the Writ Court have since been complied with and as such no further consideration is required in this contempt application. Accordingly notices are discharged. Application is consigned to record.
