Section 16(4) in The National Law University, Jodhpur Act, 1999
(4)The Executive Council shall not amend the draft of the Ordinance proposed by the Academic Council unless the Academic Council consents to said amendment but the Executive Council shall have power to reject or return the draft to the Academic Council for re-consideration either in whole or in part, together with any amendments, which the Executive Council may suggest.
