Section 60(3) in The West Bengal Separation of Judicial And Executive Functions Act, 1970
(3)for sub-section (4), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely :-"(4) Any Magistrate giving such order shall forward a copy of his order, with his reasons for making it, to the Sessions Judge."
