Section 11(1) in The Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board's Water Tax and Sewerage Tax (Levy and Collection) Regulations, 1991
(1)As long as the Board adopts the annual value specified in sub-section (3) of section 35 of the Act it need not maintain separate assessment books and instead record its tax ledgers the annual value and tax payable in respect of each premises.
