Section 15 in The Wild Life (Protection) (Orissa) Rules, 1974
15. Royalty.
- The person specified in Column (2) of the Table below shall, when required by the Issuing Officer, pay royalty in respect of the animals specified in the corresponding entry in column (1) of the Table at the rate specified in the corresponding entry in Column (3) of the said Table :Provided that in case of elephant, the value of tusks shall be charged at the rate Rs. 250.00 per kilogram in addition to the royalty specified in column (3).Table| Name of animals | Category of persons | Amount of Royalty |
