Section 12 in The Registration (Orissa Amendment) Act, 1989
12. Amendment of Section 62.
- In the principal Act, for Sub-section (1) of Section 62, the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:"(1) when a document is presented for registration under Section 19, the translation together with the true copy of the document shall be filed in the appropriate book".
