Section 15(1) in Nagaland Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1972
(1)Every Registrar, including the Registrar for a Municipality with a population less than shall send to the Chief Registrar or the officer specified by him in this behalf on or before the 5th day of each month, a true copy of the entries in the register of births and deaths relating to the month immediately preceding.
