Section 40(1) in The Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University Act, 2005
(1)All officers and employees employed in the existing CEPT Trust immediately before the appointed day shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, be deemed to the officers and employees of the University and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as are conferred upon it by or under this Act.
