204. Disposal of land forming site of closed streets.
- Whenever any public street or part of a public street, is permanently closed under section 203, the site of such street, or the portion thereof which has been closed, may be disposed of a land vesting in the Corporation subject to the previous sanction of the [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Crown' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government.
