162. Settlement of the list.
- On the date fixed for the settlement of the list, the Liquidator shall hear any person who objects to being settled as a partner or to being settled as a partner in such character or for such amount of contribution mentioned in the provisional list, and after such hearing, shall finally settle the list and the list when so settled shall be the list of partners of the LLP.
