However, we make it clear that the dismissal of this Civil Appeal will not come in the way of the appellant to challenge the environment clearance order issued by the competent authority, including the alleged violation of the conditions stipulated therein. The Original Application pending before the Tribunal be decided on its own merits in accordance with law. All contentions available to the parties are left open.
