Section 31 in The Medical Council Of India Regulations, 2000
31. Record of proceedings .-(1) A report shall be kept of the observations and of the discussions at the meetings of the Council in as accurate a manner as possible for the use of the Members of the Council.
(2)The detailed proceedings of the meetings which shall be treated as "Confidential" shall be kept in the office and shall be open to members for inspection.
