1. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that while the petitioner nos.1, 2 and 5 were already regularised in 2022, an order has now been passed on 24.01.2023 regularising the petitioner nos.3 & 4 as well. A copy of the said order is handed over in Court and is taken on record.
2. In the light of aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the grievances of the petitioners stand redressed.
3. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
