COMMON JUDGMENT
(Judgment was delivered by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) The above Appeals are directed against the common order of the learned Single Judge in O.A.Nos.72 to 75 of 2020 in C.S.No.43 of 2020.
2.The suit has been filed for damages and permanent injunction alleging that the goodwill and reputation of the plaintiff had been tarnished by the defendant through its advertisement. It is now reported that the suit itself has been disposed of on 04.12.2024 in terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise that was filed by the parties. Hence, these Appeals which arise out of interim orders in the suit, are liable to be dismissed as Page 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis O.S.A.Nos.67 to 70 of 2021 infructuous.
3.Accordingly, these Original Side Appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
