Section 59A(2)(iii) in The Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1962

(iii)A Departmental Member at the time of his appointment is an officer of Co-operative Department he shall be entitled to the same pay and allowances admissible to him as an officer of Cooperative Department.
