Section 4(2) in Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Rules, 1995
(2)On receipt of the application in Form-2, the Competent Authority shall ensure that such export in no way reduces the number of such bovine animal below the actual requirement of the local area.
