Section 32(5) in The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Act, 1998
(5)The faculty shall consist of the following members:-(a)the Dean of the faculty-ex-officio Chairperson;(b)the Chairperson of each Board of Studies, for the subjects comprised in the faculty;(c)three members of each Board of Studies to be elected by the members of the Boards of Studies from amongst themselves, out of whom at least one shall be a post-graduate teacher.
