Section 14 in The National Capital Region Planning Board Rules, 1985
14. Quorum.
- No business shall be transacted at any meeting unless at least five members are present. If at any meeting quorum is not present, the presiding authority shall, after waiting for thirty minutes, adjourn the meeting to such hour on the same or following day or some other day as he may think fit and a notice of such adjournment shall be affixed on the notice board in the office of the National Capital Region Planning Board and the business which was to have been brought before the original meeting had there been a quorum shall be brought before the adjourned meeting and may be disposed or irrespective of the quorum.
