Section 63(1) in Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016
(1)Every owner, agent or manager of a mine shall permit researchers or students of mining, geological and mineral processing institutions approved by the Central Government or State Government to conduct research or acquire practical training of the mines and plants operated by them and provide all necessary facilities required for the training of such students.
