(a)the Court may delegate any of its powers or dudes, conferred or imposed by or under this Act, to -

(i)the Vice-Chancellor,

(ii)the Executive Council,

(iii)a committee constituted from among its own members, or

(iv)a committee appointed in accordance with the Statutes;
