Section 33(2) in The Rajasthan Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1969

(2)A member of the service appointed under sub-rule (i) to any of the posts specified in column 2 of Schedule III shall receive, in addition to the pay drawn by him, the amount specified in column 3 thereof, as special pay.
