Section 15(1) in Gujarat District Planning Committees Rules, 2016
(1)Every nomination paper presented under rule 16 shall be in Form II:Provided that incomplete or defective nomination paper or incomplete declaration in a nomination paper shall be deemed to be a defect of substantial character.
