Section 75(1) in Himachal Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) and Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2015
(1)No person shall store or cause to be stored any mineral by any means at any place without having valid permission or registration as a dealer with Department of Industries, Himachal Pradesh as per the provisions or these rules.
