Section 2(y) in Rajasthan Special Investment Regions Act, 2016
(y)"private sector participant" means any person other than, -(i)the State Government or a government agency, or(ii)the Central Government or any public sector undertaking of the Central Government, or(iii)any joint venture between the Central Government and the State Government or a government agency;
