(c)the first [Court] [Substituted by the Amendment Act 15 of 1988.] and the first Executive Council shall consist of not more than thirty members and eleven members respectively, who shall be nominated by the [Chancellor] [Substituted by the Amendment Act 3 of 2000.] and shall hold office for a term of three years;
