(5)The Deputy Superintendent Factory, senior-most Assistant Superintendent or Welfare Officer shall take the place of the Deputy Superintendent when he is temporarily absent from or incapacitated for duty senior-most Assistant Superintendent present shall discharge such duties and assist in such ways, as may from time to time be prescribed, in writing, by the Superintendent.
