Learned counsel for the petitioner wants time to file supplementary affidavit to indicate that the three rooms, latrine, bathroom and kitchen as found in the inspection, which was conducted within 16 days of the execution of the sale deed were not in existence at the time of the purchase of the land. He is allowed a week's time for the aforesaid purpose.
