Section 26 in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964
26. Executive Officer to make report.
(1)The Executive Officer shall report to the District Committee and to such officer or authority and in such form and at such intervals as may be prescribed the progress made in the execution of plans.(2)A copy of the progress report shall also be forwarded to the State Soil Conservation Officer.(3)The Executive Officer shall submit a quarterly report on the progress of the plans to the Board.
