20. Repeal of Maharashtra Ordinance XIII of 2014 and saving.
(1)The Maharashtra State Reservation (of seats for admission in educational institutions in the State and for appointments or posts in the public services under the State) for Educationally and Socially Backward Category (ESBC) Ordinance, 2014 (Maharashtra Ordinance XIII of 2014) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any notification, order, resolution, circular, office memorandum issued or appointments made) under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken, issued or made, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
