(9)In the academic cadre persons fulfilling the qualifications laid down by the University Grants Commission shall be appointed as Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor on the recommendation of the Jharkhand Public Service Commission. But the Vice Chancellor may appoint a person on deputation or contract for a period of eleven months for one time.
