Section 48(1) in The Maharashtra Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Rules, 1962
(1)The Board shall hold its annual meeting in November or December at a place and time decided at the last such meeting and if no such place and time are fixed or they are found inconvenient by the President at such other place or time as the President may decide :Provided that, the first meeting of the Board after its constitution shall be held within two months from the date of its constitution at such place and time as the President may decide.
