It is admitted fact that there is only one day delay in filing the affidavit by the applicants in compliance of this Court’s order dated 06.06.2019. We consider it appropriate to condone the aforesaid delay and direct the respondent – All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to accept the affidavit on behalf of the present applicants.
Order accordingly.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the instant application for directions. The applicant seeks change in certain dates of counselling due to some technical problems. 3
We consider it appropriate to allow the applicant to change/shift the dates after giving due notice as long as the time limit prescribed by this Court is adhered to for commencement of the course.
