(3)No revenue court shall entertain any application under this Act by the person so succeeding or otherwise obtaining possession, until such person, or, if he is a minor or otherwise disqualified, his guardian, has made a report required by this section.Explanation.—In this section, the word “transfer” shall include a family settlement.
