(18)"Chairman and Vice chairman in the context of Concerning Panchayat as Gram Panchayat, Kshettra Panchayat and Zila Panchayat" means the Pradhan or Up Pradhan or Pramukh or Up Pramukh and Chairman and Vice chairman of these institutions respectively;
