Section 31(1) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)The applicant shall, within seven days from the date of communication as mentioned in Regulation 30 above, publish a notice of the application in the form specified in Appendix 5 with such particulars and in such manner as the Commission may direct.
