Section 5(8) in The Rajasthan Veterinary Council Rules, 1988
(8)A member who wishes to move any motion not included on the agenda for an ordinary meeting or to move an amendment to any item of agenda so included, shall give notice therefore to the Registrar, in writing, not less than fifteen days before the date fixed for the meeting. Thereafter the Registrar shall, in consultation with the President of the State Council, accommodate such a request on the final agenda for the meeting.
