PRAYER: The petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to
issue a  Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to construct the sub way
connecting the Government District Hospital and Government Maternally
Hospital in Virudhunagar Ramamoorthy Road where the railway over bridge,
construction work is in progress in railway level crossing gate No.403
simultaneously.

:ORDER  

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The grievance of the petitioner is in respect to the construction of a subway. This is an issue, which has to be decided by the respondents 1 to 4 in consultation with their higher officials if so required. Therefore, a direction is issued to respondents 1 to 4 to take a decision as to whether such subway is required or not. Such decision will have to be made within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
