Section 5(1) in The M.P. State Warehousing Corporation Rules, 1971
(1)A non-official member of the Board of Directors may resign his office as such member by writing under his hand, addressed to the State Government and such resignation shall be effective from the date from which it is accepted. The casual vacancies so caused shall be filled in by nomination by the Central Warehousing Corporation or by the State Government, as the case may be.
