Records reveal that an amount of Rs.10,000/- was to be deposited with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee within the time stipulated by order dated 18.02.2019 passed by the Hon’ble Court. However, such deposit has been made outside of the time stipulated and no application has been filed for condonation of the delay in such deposit. Therefore, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon’ble Judge in Chambers for further orders.
