Section 7(2) in The Maharashtra Dog Race-Courses Licensing Act, 1976
(2)If any person to whom a permit has been granted by a license in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 4 of this Act, contravenes any of the conditions subject to which such permit is granted he shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
