(d)be accompanied by a certified copy of the order, sought to be revised and copy of the assessment order at the original stage.(ii)Where the Board is of opinion that any order passed in appeal is against the interest of the market revenue, it may authorise the Secretary of the Market Committee to file an application for revision under sub-section (1) of section 27-C.
